CGC Grading Service

Limited Edition is pleased to offer our customers a professional comic book grading service through Certified Guaranty Company (CGC).

All submitted books are sent directly to CGC for expert grading and encapsulation before being safely returned to us for collection.

Estimated turnaround time: 2–3 months (Turnaround times are subject to CGC processing times and may vary.)

How It Works

Purchase your CGC submission through our website.
Send your books to us following the packaging guidelines below.
We submit your books to CGC.
Once graded and returned, we notify you for collection or dispatch.

Packaging Requirements (Important)
To protect your books during transit:
Use strong card mailers or purpose-made comic book packaging.
Ensure books are secure and cannot move inside the package.
Do not use flimsy packaging such as jiffy bags.
We cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by insufficient packaging.

Whatnot & eBay Live Purchases

We no longer offer same-day CGC submission for books purchased via Whatnot or eBay Live shows.

Books bought through these platforms will first be shipped to you for inspection.

If you wish to have them graded:

Wait until you receive the books.
Repackage them securely.
Send them to us following the submission guidelines above.

Order Information (Required)

When sending books for grading, you must:
Include a printed copy of your order confirmation inside the package.
Ensure any grading notes are added to your online order before shipping.
Missing documentation may delay processing.

Postage & Delivery Requirements

Please ensure:

The correct postage is applied to your parcel.
Packages are sent via Signed For delivery.
All shipping fees are fully paid.

We have received underpaid parcels that required additional collection fees. Any underpaid items may delay processing.

Limited Edition cannot accept responsibility for lost packages. All submissions are sent at the customer’s risk until safely received by us.
