GRIM GHOST / PHOENIX #0 NYCC EXCLUSIVE SET - WITHDRAWN FROM SALE

Very Rare Set of two Atlas Comics from the relaunched series in partnership with Ardden Entertainment (Scout Comics) that were withdrawn from sale due to a logo/copyright debacle with a third party claiming ownership of the original "A" logo created in the 1970's by Chip and Martin Goodman. 

These two exclusive comics were offered to patrons at the NYCC convention, but soon after were withdrawn from sale due. 200 of each sets existed. 

Both copies of the books included are NM/M an unread and comes complete with the Flyer introducing the new titles from the Atlas back catalog.
